Storytime Yoga

Instructor: Elizabeth Ries

Ages: 3-5

Dates: (14) Fridays, September 10 - December 17

Time:  9:30 - 10:00 am

Cost: $80 members/$90 non-members


Children will learn yoga poses through games, stories, and peaceful art.  Your little yogi will go downward dog for it!  Students should wear comfortable clothes (no denim) and are encouraged to go barefoot.  Students can bring a yoga mat if they would like to.




Yoga (Hatha Yoga)

Instructor: Jeressa Stout

Ages: 17+

Dates: (30) Tues. and Thurs., September 7 - December 21  *no class Nov. 25

Time:  12:00 - 1:00 pm

Payment Option 1: $250 members/$280 non-members upfront

Payment Option 2: 10 session for $100/$110 (can be purchased multiple times)

Payment Option 3: monthly payments of $75/$82.50 (totaling $300/$330)


Yoga combines postures and breathing techniques used for exercise, stress management and relaxation.  Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.





Did you know you can enroll in yoga* mid-session?  You can!


The Carnegie Arts Center will prorate tuition for students

who join yoga after the class has started.


*This offer only applies to yoga classes for ages 17 and over.
